We’re excited to be re-opening The Fun Station again and want to share the changes & procedures we’ve put in place to help ensure everyone’s safety whilst visiting our Soft.
First of all, the wellbeing of our customers & team members is our top priority so can we please request that if you or a family member have recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus, or you or a family member are suffering from any of the symptoms below.
Please do not book or enter our Soft Play if displaying any of the following:
-New or continuous cough
-A loss or change in sense of taste or smell
-Someone in your household has tested positive & your household is isolating
The measures we are putting in place to make your visit as safe as possible:
1. Book Your Visit Online
Online bookings must be made & paid for in advance before you enter The Fun Station. You can do this via our facebook page or website this system will also gather all the NHS Test and Trace information ahead of your visit so no need to fill anything out on the day.
There's a maximum of 6 people per booking, including adults this can include two households, remember we will ask for your details for test and trace for every person attending the session and before payment is taken and your booking is confirmed.
Please ensure you have read the following changes before booking and remember that sessions are NON REFUNDABLE once your payment has been received your places are booked and cannot be switched to other days, sessions, times or cancelled for any other reason.

2. Reduced Capacity & Session Sizes
We now have reduced maximum occupancy in accordance with Government guidelines, to facilitate social distancing measures.
We have implemented 3 x 90 min play sessions every day, allowing us to implement additional cleaning measures in between sessions.
We encourage parents/guardians to accompany their children around the Centre to facilitate social distancing.
Our daily sessions are:
11:30 – 13:00
13:30 – 15:00
15:30 – 17:00
Please have a copy of your email confirmation ready for entry. We also ask that you arrive & leave on time to allow us to be ready for the next play session.
3. Face Coverings
From 8 August 2020, it is now mandatory for visitors to indoor settings to wear face coverings.
Adult customers and children aged 11 and over will be required to wear a face covering before entering and keep it on until they leave, except when eating & drinking at your table or when entering/whilst on the play frame.
We will take reasonable steps to comply with the law, so please don’t be offended if we ask for evidence of exemption. Failure to comply may result in entry being refused or being asked to leave the Centre.
Please note, It is not mandatory for those working within indoor settings to wear face coverings.
4. Sanitising Stations
We have a mobile & fixed sanitiser unit in our Reception, for customers to use before entering the main floor area. We also have a number of sanitizing stations located throughout the Centre, including the main play areas entrance/exits,
5. Additional Cleaning Measures
Increased daytime cleaning to sanitise all high-frequency touchpoints. Play & activity areas are also cleaned regularly throughout the day, alongside nightly cleaning. We use COVID Guard Virucidal Spray to sanitise all surfaces.
All tables and chairs are cleaned after each customer use in between sessions.
6. Activity & Play Areas
Where appropriate in activity areas we have introduced marked routes & one-way systems to make it as safe as possible.
We have also removed some high frequency touch point play elements such as ball pools, footballs, rubber balls and small baby toys so the play areas can be sanitised more easily.
7. Contactless Payments
We will continue to serve a great range of hot & cold food & drinks. Please ensure food is ordered in sufficient time to allow it to be cooked & eaten before your exit time. We are also encouraging contactless payments in the Centre whenever possible.
We have a new table ordering system in place just open your camera over the QR Code and it will load a web page with our menu including hot and cold drinks we ask that you use this service wherever possible to have minimal contact with other persons attending and staff. Your order will be paid for at the table and we will bring it over to you.
8. Social Distancing
When you visit, we have markings and signage to guide you and help you keep your distance from others. We have also ensured all seating areas are spaced out to adhere to social distancing requirements.
